Adult or pornographic content
Hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory content
Violence, weapons, or illegal activities
Malware, spyware, or harmful code
Spam, phishing, or fraudulent schemes
Content that violates any applicable laws or regulations
BuildTraffic.net reserves the right to refuse service and terminate accounts for violations of these terms.
6. SERVICE DELIVERY AND PERFORMANCE

We deliver traffic through legitimate, white hat methods only
We do not use software bots or auto-surfs
Real-time statistics will be provided for all traffic campaigns
6.2 Banner Advertising
Banners will be displayed within the first 5k of websites in our network
Only fully delivered banners are counted as impressions
Performance metrics will be available through our dashboard
6.3 Social Media Marketing
Content creation schedules will be established at the beginning of service
Performance metrics will be provided according to the service agreement
While we strive for optimal results, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as follower counts or engagement rates
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content provided by BuildTraffic.net, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws
7.2 Your Content
You retain ownership of any content you provide to us

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services during the twelve (12) months preceding any claim
