  • Guaranteed Traffic Services: If we fail to deliver the guaranteed number of visitors within the specified timeframe, you may be eligible for a partial refund proportional to the undelivered traffic or, at our discretion, we may extend the campaign to fulfill the delivery commitment.
  • Traffic Quality: We deliver real human traffic through legitimate means as specified in our Terms and Conditions. Claims regarding traffic quality must be submitted with supporting analytics data within 7 days of campaign completion.
  • Cancellation Before Delivery: If you cancel a traffic campaign before we begin delivery, we may issue a refund less a 15% administrative fee.

2.2 Banner Advertising

  • Banner Display Issues: If your banner advertisement fails to display correctly due to technical issues on our end, you may be eligible for a proportional refund for the affected display period or an extension of the campaign.
  • Early Cancellation: Banner advertising campaigns canceled before their scheduled end date may receive a partial refund at our discretion, less a 20% cancellation fee and prorated for the time the campaign has already run.
  • Campaign Setup: Once your banner campaign has been set up and launched, setup fees are non-refundable.

2.3 Social Media Marketing Services

  • Monthly Services: For ongoing monthly social media management services, refunds are not provided for partial months. If you wish to cancel, please notify us at least 30 days in advance as specified in our Terms and Conditions.
  • Custom Content Creation: Once we have delivered custom content or begun work on content creation, these services are non-refundable.
  • Social Media Campaigns: For specific campaign-based services, if we fail to launch the campaign as agreed, you may be eligible for a refund less any incurred costs.
